Job Overview
The Sales Administrator will ensure the proper flow of the Office procedures and support the operations of the Sales Department and the Account Managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with customers requests, preparing and providing quotations and information such as stock availability, delivery dates and prices. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for generating reports and performing on-going effective and courteous communication with the internal Team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing the Client Onboarding process of the Company in respect to Compliance and Credit Control.
- Being responsible of tasks related to Vendor’s licensing programs and requirements.
- Assisting with Maintenance Renewal, Quote Requests and Approvals, Contract Preparation and Submission, Collection of Signed Contracts and Order Booking.
- Continuously monitoring maintenance expiration dates of existing contracts and proactively informing Sales, preparing all processes and paperwork for required upcoming renewals.
- Direct communication with clients.
- Preparing proposals (sales/ services/ repairs) for clients.
- Managing outgoing post and records data on special deliveries.
- Keeping and updating data and information, digitally (CRM) and physically (archive).
- Assisting Account Managers in vertical targeted campaigns and solution offerings and promotions.
- Any other duties necessary.
Skills & Qualifications
- University Degree or a Diploma in Business Administration or any other relevant field.
- General understanding of software systems/ CRM would be considered an advantage
- 1-2 years experience in Sales Operations would be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft product suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Detail-oriented.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
- Ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure.
- Comfort level with computers and technology in general.
- Analytical skills.
- Ability to work well with cross functional Teams.
- Requires a strong work ethic, with an emphasis on teamwork and positive attitude.
- Ability to drive results in fast-paced environment.
