Job Overview

The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors at our office and will be responsible for managing all front-office activities, including greeting guests, answering and directing calls, and maintaining the reception area. 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Assisting in Helpdesk and directing tickets to NCT Employees/ Engineers.
  • Managing office security procedures, including maintaining visitor logs.
  • Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Assisting in the creation and maintenance of databases, spreadsheets, and other documentation.
  • Assisting in scheduling meetings, for staff members.
  • Preparing and distributing internal communications such as memos, emails, and announcements.
  • Assisting in planning and organizing company events and meetings taking place in the office.
  • Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders, as necessary.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the office space.
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or meeting room.
  • Coordinating with building management for repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Ensuring office equipment is functioning correctly and arranging for repairs or replacements when necessary.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
  • University / College degree will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant applications.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Analytical Skills.
  • Fluent in Greek and English.
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills. Confident in interacting with and influencing individuals at all levels within or outside the organization.
  • Able to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and professional discretion.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).

Logicom will keep the Fit-For-Work assessment as part of your HR records if your Employment Contract is signed. If the Employment Contract is not signed, the Fit-For-Work assessment will be destroyed upon such confirmation.

We process the above data as part of the preparation to enter into a legal agreement.
