Job Overview
We are hiring for a Printing Engineer - Team Lead to join our Printing Team in our Nicosia office. Main responsibilities will be coordinating and actively contributing to the installation, configuration, troubleshooting as well as maintenance and support for all the printing products (both hardware and software), that the company represents in Cyprus.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Actively participating in the implementation of new printing projects at clients’ premises, which include setup, installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of all hardware and software printing solutions, mainly based on Konica Minolta laser technology and Canon wide format inkjet and laser technology.
- Providing technical support and maintenance remotely and/or onsite for all the company’s printing products, but mainly the Konica Minolta A4/A3 and Canon A1/A0 machines included in our installed base in Cyprus.
- Providing relevant support of Managed Printing Systems (MPS) that monitors, manages and controls the entire printing environment of a customer.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of engineers and technicians to support high standards of performance and skill development.
- Organizing and assigning tasks, ensuring the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
- Fostering a collaborative work environment to optimize productivity and job satisfaction.
- Attending training sessions in Cyprus and abroad, as to always be up to-date with the products’ technical and other information.
Skills & Qualifications
- Candidates with Electrical or Electronics or Computer Degrees/Diplomas and with industry and vendor certifications will be preferred.
- Extensive technical experience in setup, installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of Multi-function Printers (MFP).
- Extensive engineer experience in setup, installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of Managed Printing Systems (MPS).
- Adequate computer, networking and network security knowledge and experience.
- Manual driving license is required.
- Ability and flexibility to drive to client’s premises across Cyprus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication both in Greek and English.
