Job Overview

Provide support services to all of the company’s clients according to the terms & conditions of the business.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supporting clients/users (remote and on-site).
  • Planning, installing, configuring, and supporting Windows OS and Authorized Vendor Hardware / Software (PCs/Notebooks/Servers), as well as Microsoft Cloud Services (i.e., Office 365).
  • Designing, implementing and supporting Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory.
  • Supporting day-to-day operations, maintenance, monitoring and upgrading of Infrastructure Solutions.
  • Responding to client, staff, service providers and vendors’ inquiries, providing technical assistance and support.
  • Performing any other duties as assigned by Management.

Skills & Qualifications

  • University/College Degree within the field of IT/ Engineering.

To IT Support Manager

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).

Logicom will keep the Fit-For-Work assessment as part of your HR records if your Employment Contract is signed. If the Employment Contract is not signed, the Fit-For-Work assessment will be destroyed upon such confirmation.

We process the above data as part of the preparation to enter into a legal agreement.
