Job Overview

As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for the overall relationship with customers and prospects, and you will identify and match commercial opportunities with our customers’ business needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Strengthening the relationship with the key decision makers of major accounts.
  • Developing and implementing key account plans.
  • Developing business value propositions around IT products and solutions.
  • Driving sales using market knowledge, account management skills, sales ability and customer focus.
  • Remaining actively involved and coordinating the needed resources to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Interacting very closely and on a daily basis with the IT, Technical and Procurement departments of the accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to the customers.
  • Interacting and communicating with C-level executives on the accounts under responsibility.
  • Identifying target markets, developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies.
  • Generating, tracking and reporting sales proposals and leads.
  • Following up on projects and closing deals.
  • Developing in cooperation with the Director of Sales and Business Development a winning strategy and an action plan for addressing complex projects, including the involvement of needed Presales and Bid management resources.
  • Providing superior customer service via creativity, responsiveness and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Preparing and submitting relevant reports to the Sales Manager and Upper Management.
  • Building new accounts with new business. Carrying out business development in key accounts under responsibility.
  • Acting as the Partner Manager for specific Vendors managing the relationship and programs with the partner.

Skills & Qualifications

  • University Degree in any field.
  • Experience in Account Management/ Sales at an Information Technology company.
  • At least 7 years’ experience.
  • Experience in an IT Service Provider will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluent command of written and spoken Greek and English.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.
  • Ability to build strong trusting relationships with customers.
  • Team-oriented and enjoys dealing with people on all levels.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).

Logicom will keep the Fit-For-Work assessment as part of your HR records if your Employment Contract is signed. If the Employment Contract is not signed, the Fit-For-Work assessment will be destroyed upon such confirmation.
