Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IP Collaboration Engineer to join our Team. The role involves building, implementing, and maintaining advanced IP Collaboration technologies, including voice, video, and unified communication systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily operations, technical support, and system maintenance across multi-site environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Building, testing, implementing and maintaining IP Collaboration technologies including voice, video and other collaboration tools.
  • Performing day-to-day operations, maintenance, monitoring, upgrades of Collaboration systems.
  • Determining and resolving problems.
  • Completing work assignments by applying up-to-date knowledge in subject area to meet deadlines.
  • Following procedures and policies, and applying data and resources to support projects or initiative.
  • Acting as the primary customer technical contact.
  • Responding to inquiries from clients, staff, and vendors to provide technical assistance and support.
  • Maintaining multi-site Collaboration environments.
  • Working on-site with customers to provide technical support, setup assistance, and technical coverage for unified communications Collaboration.
  • Being an active member of the Networking Solution Design and Implementations Teams
  • Providing accurate feedback to the rest of the Team on customer requirements.
  • Achieving reliable, timely and high-quality deployment work.
  • Troubleshooting malfunctions of network hardware and Collaboration systems to resolve operational issues and restore services and be able to accurately diagnose root cause.
  • Designing configuration documents.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Skills & Qualifications

  • ≥ 3 years of hands-on experience in voice technologies.
  • Have a solid understanding and hands-on experience of Cisco voice technologies.
  • Experience in Routing and Switching topologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Any certifications in voice and collaboration technologies would be considered as an advantage.
  • Team player and strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English.

Remuneration

An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualifications and experience.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer.
