Job Overview
The Business Development Manager will drive business growth through new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts, while positioning the company’s ICT portfolio of services as market-leading solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the ICT sector in Cyprus.
- Building a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and networking in key market segments.
- Conducting market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Developing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and requirements.
- Collaborating with clients to identify additional opportunities for service delivery and innovation.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborating with internal Teams to tailor ICT solutions that meet client needs, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, network solutions, and managed services.
- Leading contract negotiations, closing deals with a focus on profitability and sustainable partnerships.
- Working closely with technical Teams to ensure proper solution design, delivery, and customer support.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to design effective campaigns, promotional activities, and lead generation initiatives.
- Providing feedback from the market to influence service innovation and continuous improvement.
- Tracking sales performance against targets and preparing reports for senior management.
- Analyzing market data, client feedback, and sales results to optimize business development strategies.
- Maintaining CRM systems and ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within ICT or technology sectors.
- Demonstrable knowledge of ICT products, services, and industry trends.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics software.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office Package.
- Fluent in Greek and English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
