Job Overview
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the overall relationship with customers and prospects, and you will identify and match commercial opportunities with our customers’ business needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Strengthening the relationship with the key decision makers of customer accounts.
- Developing business value propositions around IT products and solutions.
- Driving sales using market knowledge, account management skills, sales ability and customer focus.
- Being involved and coordinating the needed resources to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Interacting and communicating with key decision makers on the accounts under responsibility.
- Identifying target markets, developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
- Generating, tracking and reporting sales proposals and leads.
- Following up on projects and closing deals.
- Developing in cooperation with the Sales Manager a winning strategy and an action plan for addressing complex projects, including the involvement of needed Presales and Bid management resources.
- Providing superior customer service via creativity, responsiveness and strong interpersonal skills.
- Preparing and submitting relevant reports to the Sales Manager and the Upper Management.
- Building new accounts with new businesses. Carrying out business development in key accounts under responsibility.
Skills & Qualifications
- Any University degree is acceptable.
- Experience in Account Management /Sales at an Information Technology company.
- At least 5 years’ overall work experience.
- Fluent command of written and spoken Greek and English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office Package.
- Ability to build strong trusting relationships with customers.
- Team oriented and enjoys dealing with people on all levels.
