Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Data Analyst - Accountant to join us. The Data Analyst - Accountant will be responsible for constantly monitoring and reviewing the Cloud operational financials and to ensure that all Logicom processes and Vendors programs are applied correctly and in accordance with their terms.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing Big Data reconciliation between Vendor systems and Logicom systems.
  • Identifying, analysing and monitoring the execution of any transactions that take place outside the platform.
  • Constantly monitoring the Cloud marketplace to ensure that all financial-related services are available as per the Vendors and Logicom policies.
  • Being informed about Vendors incentive programs, and monitoring in cooperation with the countries finance, operations, and Cloud Teams to ensure proper provisioning.
  • Working with the Finance Teams of all countries and supporting them in the full automation of the monthly billing and as required.
  • Participating in the operations and administration of the Logicom Cloud Marketplace.
  • Assisting in the optimisation and automation of processes of the Cloud operations.
  • Undertaking other new and evolving responsibilities as requested by Group Finance or Cloud Solution Business Unit.

Skills & Qualifications

  • University Degree in Accounting or Information Technology or Data Science or any other relevant field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience, ideally in Accounting.
  • Ability to work with Big Data using Excel or other software.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel - Microsoft Associate or Expert Certification will be considered an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is required.
  • Microsoft Power Platform Certification will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English is required. Arabic language will be considered an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, passionate about technology, great team-player, excellent problem solver and ethical.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills.

To Distribution CFO.

Remuneration

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).

Logicom will keep the Fit-For-Work assessment as part of your HR records if your Employment Contract is signed. If the Employment Contract is not signed, the Fit-For-Work assessment will be destroyed upon such confirmation.
