Job Overview

The Business Development Manager is mainly responsible for establishing and maintaining Cisco Small and Medium Business account plans to promote sales growth in a specific market segment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Being responsible to driving and managing the Small and Medium Business accounts in covered market.
  • Establishing and maintaining account plans to promote sales growth.
  • Establishing relationship with partners at all organization levels including senior executives.
  • Recruiting and developing business relationship with new partners.
  • Sharing feedback to plan, executing and managing promotional activities to drive on significant sales growth.
  • Fully engaging with Partners business managers’ Team.
  • Liaising with vendor SMB Team and partner sales Team to effectively manage and close active deals.
  • Achieving or exceeding assigned quota for Cisco product portfolio.
  • Following up for payment and maintaining credit lines with all partners.
  • Providing accurate forecast of deals and sharing feedback for accounts managed on a weekly basis.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2-4 years of selling experience at Information Technology (distribution level) in wired, wireless and security networking solutions.
  • Very good command of MS Office.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Ability to handle multi partners at the same time with high quota.
  • Ability to handle credit lines with the internal team and partners.
  • Ability to recruit new partners.
  • Solid experience in selling to partners in a complex environment.
  • Solid understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel.
  • Solid understanding of pipeline management.
  • Good communication (verbal and written) in English.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer.
