Job Overview
We are hiring for a Printing Operations Specialist to be responsible for actively following up on all orders placed to manufacturers and by key accounts to ensure accurate acknowledgements and prompt order shipment information. The Printing Operations Specialist will also perform on-going effective and courteous communication with our internal Printing Team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Reviewing and editing orders, if necessary, for errors, discrepancies or omission of information.
- Monitoring order status (Shipping, Booking, and Confirmation).
- Communicating with Product Managers/ Sales regarding corrections and clarifications requiring their input.
- Providing Receiving PO/SO numbers for Printing incoming/ outgoing orders.
- Handling all verifications for all orders, ensuring orders are received and shipped on time.
- Ensuring status on all open orders is monitored on a regular basis via the system dashboard.
- Confirming all acknowledgements daily.
- Managing end-to-end process of new/ eol products, upon input from Printing Team.
- Collaborating with internal clients to drive the coordination of the fiscal year planning, quota setting, budgeting, forecasting and business readiness processes.
- Providing revenue support, including pipeline analysis, tracking operating expense and headcount, assisting with transaction processing, etc., in collaboration with other Teams.
- Enhancing and maintaining a core set of standard reports that meet the needs of the business.
- Producing regular reports to an agreed frequency.
- Driving the enhancement of data quality and integrity as appropriate.
Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge with MS Office product suite.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Strong and effective verbal and written skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure.
- Comfort level with computers and technology in general.
- Analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work well with cross functional Teams.
- Requires a strong work ethic, with an emphasis on teamwork and positive attitude.
- Ability to drive results in fast-paced environment.
- Excellent knowledge of professional Romanian and English language.
