Job Overview

The successful candidate should be responsible for the Vendor’s operations and support the Logicom Product Management Teams in providing a seamless order & stock management experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing the Vendor Inventory Management Strategy including Internal Stock Rotation, RMA management, PO Approvals, order placing to Vendor and Reporting.
  • Driving the alignment with Vendor Operations and Sales to maximize our inventory availability and minimize aging.
  • Owning Claims Management and ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
  • Acting as the Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Vendor Teams in the country and being in position to train people and share best practices.
  • Actively driving alignment with Vendor and the country Teams.
  • Ensuring proper collaboration with Customer Service, Operations and Supply Chain.
  • Supporting countries in resolving more complex cases.
  • Developing and executing Business Intelligence and Reporting aligned to our business strategy. Publishing all relevant information internally and with Vendor as per the predefined schedule. Maintaining our data repository.
  • Ensuring that all operations are being conducted by adhering to Vendor’s and Logicom’s compliance requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • BA in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science or equivalent | University degree is a must.
  • Ideally 3-5 years of experience in an operations role.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent Follow up and Coordination between several departments.
  • Good knowledge in using several systems (Excel, Outlook, ERPs).
  • Ability to learn fast new processes, product details & technical terms.
  • Experience in IT Products is a plus.
  • Good communication skills.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).

Logicom will keep the Fit-For-Work assessment as part of your HR records if your Employment Contract is signed. If the Employment Contract is not signed, the Fit-For-Work assessment will be destroyed upon such confirmation.
