Job Overview
We are looking for an Account Manager who will build long-term and successful relationship with our partners. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of assigned customers and work together with internal Teams to successfully deliver our products and solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Cross and up selling the entire brands portfolio.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting Customer relationships.
- Operating as the single point of contact for any and all matters specific to Customers.
- Effectively managing and developing a sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed targets.
- Monitoring and identifying areas and Clients which have potential and collaborating with sales Teams to ensure Business Growth.
- Monitoring business performance, forecasting and reporting on the planned vs. achieved results.
- Clearly communicating the progress of monthly/ quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Participating to marketing events and/ or workshops.
Skills & Qualifications
- University Degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any relevant field.
- Previous experience in IT, preferably in B2B sales.
- Account management know-how and client management skills.
- Accuracy and result orientation.
- Technology understanding at a reasonable level and willingness to learn.
- Team spirit and good communication and interpersonal skills.
- MS office skills and previous experience with ERP and CRM system.
- Fluency in English verbal and written.
