Job Overview

The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with partners, to driving sales and revenue growth through sales channels. This role typically involves working with partners and vendors to ensure that the Logicom's products/ solutions are effectively represented and sold and ensuring elevated levels of customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Driving sales growth through the channel by implementing sales strategies and providing the needed support to generate leads to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing channel partners and identify opportunities for new partnerships.
  • Working closely with the marketing Team to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities with partners.
  • Negotiating terms and conditions of partner agreements, including pricing, delivery, and service level agreements.
  • Addressing any partner issues or conflicts promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive partner experience.
  • Analyzing market trends and partner performance to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring that partners adhere to the company’s policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2- 4 years of experience in channel sales, account management, or a related role, preferably within the Data Center solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing partner relationships. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a Team.

Remuneration

A remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate in line with the Company’s compensation scheme and based on the qualifications and experience.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).

Logicom will keep the Fit-For-Work assessment as part of your HR records if your Employment Contract is signed. If the Employment Contract is not signed, the Fit-For-Work assessment will be destroyed upon such confirmation.
