Job Overview

We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our Team as Marketing Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborating and coordinating with vendors, central and local product managers, to define quarterly and yearly objectives and develop in-country marketing strategies and plans.
  • Overviewing the execution and implementation of all in-country vendors’ marketing activities and ensuring that all activities have steady progress, are executed and claimed on time, and are fully compliant with the vendors’ and the Company’s guidelines.
  • Ensuring maximum utilization of available vendors’ funds and strong return on investment (ROI) for all executed marketing activities.
  • Collaborating with the sales Team to develop strategic channel partner programs aimed at expanding market reach and penetration.
  • Developing and implementing all in-country corporate marketing activities, in adherence to Group standards, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Conducting customer surveys and market research, analyzing gathered feedback and data to identify key insights, and preparing comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations for both local and senior management stakeholders.  
  • Assuming responsibility for overseeing publicity, advertising, direct mail, catalogs, exhibition management, awards coordination, vendors’ communications, and local website administration.
  • Leading all trade and end-user advertising endeavors through developing key communication messages, overseeing creative production, facilitating media buy negotiations, and distributing content across relevant media platforms.
  • Partnering with PR agencies to ensure accurate press messaging for assigned product lines, actively contributing creative pitch ideas.
  • Providing visibility into the marketing function for all relevant stakeholders, ensuring that activities are closely align with organization goals and objectives.
  • Managing email marketing campaigns and maintaining updated local databases to ensure effective campaign management.
  • Ensuring sales collaterals adhere to regulatory compliance standards.
  • Leading the preparation of the local digital strategy and online media plan and creating all relevant content for the implementation.
  • Coordinating with the eCommerce department to develop and execute marketing plans aimed at driving online sales growth while maintaining the local eCommerce page.

Skills & Qualifications

  • University Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or other Business related field.
  • At least 5 years of solid Marketing experience (Experience in marketing within the IT distribution will be an advantage).
  • The capacity to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of brands.
  • Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing goals, strategies, and plans.
  • Proven ability to manage simultaneous projects to successful completion under tight deadlines.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of marketing principles, concepts, and methodologies.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Strong organizational skills.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).

Logicom will keep the Fit-For-Work assessment as part of your HR records if your Employment Contract is signed. If the Employment Contract is not signed, the Fit-For-Work assessment will be destroyed upon such confirmation.

We process the above data as part of the preparation to enter into a legal agreement.
