Job Overview

We are currently seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with hands-on experience to join our dynamic Marketing Team in Bucharest, Romania. As a Graphic Designer at our company, you are playing a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and communication materials of our brand. You are collaborating with various departments to create compelling and visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our message to our target audience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Designing a variety of digital and print materials, including brochures, banners, social media graphics, email templates, and presentations.
• Ensuring all designs adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look and feel across all platforms.
• Working closely with the marketing, sales, and product Teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor designs to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to your work.
• Handling multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Proficiently using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and refine graphics.
• Reviewing and providing constructive feedback on design work from other team members to maintain a high standard of quality.
• Modifying existing designs to meet the needs of various campaigns and platforms, ensuring they are optimized for different formats and devices.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant hands-on experience in graphic design, preferably within Distribution.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and creativity. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
• Keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with the ability to translate complex concepts into visually engaging designs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and present ideas clearly.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Flexible and open to feedback, with the ability to adapt your designs to meet changing project requirements.
