Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to join our Purchase and Marketing Team. The Product Manager will be responsible for implementing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and brand loyalty. This role requires a creative mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing Vendor relationship.
- Implementing comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans to achieve brand objectives and targets.
- Collaborating with Vendor and internal Teams to ensure product availability and competitive pricing.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform brand strategy.
- Collaborating with cross-functional Teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with the brand strategy.
- Monitoring brand performance and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Managing inventory levels and supply chain operations to optimize stock availability.
- Providing product training and support to the sales Team.
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities for brand partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and reach.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- 5 years relevant experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably in IT distribution.
- Strong understanding of product management principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behaviour.
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
- Knowledge in market research and analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full proficiency in Italian and English is required. Knowledge of other EU languages is considered a plus.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable brand objectives.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
