Job Overview

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager (HRM) to be based in Athens, Greece. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth Human Resources Operations in Greece, Romania and Italy. Responsibilities will include overseeing HR operations/procedures and systems, handling recruitment and selection and managing employee relations.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Overseeing Human Resources operations, procedures and systems across all three locations (Greece, Romania, Italy).
  • Managing end to end recruitment processes for the three countries.
  • Working closely with the hiring managers to identify and forecast recruitment needs.
  • Designing comprehensive job descriptions and implementing efficient talent attraction methods through various channels.
  • Conducting interviews and actively participating in the shortlisting and selection processes.
  • Overseeing processes such us extension of job offers, preparation of employment contracts/addendums, Employee Human Resources folders.
  • Ensuring all necessary recruitment processes and approvals are in place.
  • Leading and/or assisting the development, improvement and implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring that all three countries’ operations comply fully with/satisfy local labor laws and procedures.
  • Generating reports and maintaining records.
  • Scheduling and delivering onboarding and induction sessions for all new employees.
  • Promoting various employee engagement activities (enhance employee loyalty and employer brand awareness).
  • Attending various networking events such as career fairs, exhibitions, forums etc.

Skills & Qualifications

  • University Graduate in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in HRM or other related field will be considered an advantage.
  • Min 3 years of experience in an HR related position with a focus on hands-on recruitment.
  • Flexibility for frequent travelling to all locations of responsibility.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hands on experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation in the areas of responsibility would be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Teamwork skills. Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
  • Aptitude in problem-solving and general analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of English language at a professional level both verbally and in writing.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).

Logicom will keep the Fit-For-Work assessment as part of your HR records if your Employment Contract is signed. If the Employment Contract is not signed, the Fit-For-Work assessment will be destroyed upon such confirmation.
