Job overview

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s warehouse. The Warehouse Manager will be monitoring and assisting where is needed with the receipt and handling of goods moving through the warehouse and the delivery to customers, primarily within the Nicosia area. The Warehouse Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, directly impacting our ability to meet customer expectations and maintain high standards of service.

Duties & Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the warehouse Team.
• Managing the warehouse distribution Team.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and conduct regular safety audits.

Warehouse Operations

• Supervising and managing day-to-day operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory.
• Monitoring and updating orders from suppliers.
• Ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Inventory Management

• Overseeing inventory management, including regular cycle counts and annual audits.
• Implementing inventory control procedures to optimize storage and prevent loss.

Customer and Supplier Coordination

• Liaising with customers to meet their requirements and exceeding expectations.
• Coordinating with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal Teams for smooth operations.

Returns and Warranty Management

• Managing returns, warranty claims, and product exchanges.
• Collaborating with vendors for product returns, repairs, or replacements.

Skills & Qualifications

Required

• College/ University Degree.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience in a technology company warehouse.
• Familiarity with Navision or similar ERP systems.
• Certification in warehouse management or logistics.

Remuneration
