Dr. Christoforos Hadjikyprianou is a Fulbright scholar and holds a BSc in Industrial Technology and an MBA from Southern Illinois University, USA. He also holds a Doctoral degree from Middlesex University, UK. He has a proven executive management record of accomplishments and over 30 years of experience in the higher education sector. His strong areas of expertise include organizational leadership, growth strategy & execution, operational efficiency, change management, performance optimization, and acquisition integration.
He is currently the CEO and President of the Council of European University Cyprus. He is also a member of the Galileo Global Education Executive Committee. Previously, he was the CEO of Laureate Cyprus and a member of the Executive Committee for Laureate Europe. He has been awarded the Man of the Year Award in Services for 2018 and the KEBE Business Leader Award in Services for 2023.
Since 2020, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Logicom Public Ltd. Among other roles, he serves as a judge for the European Business Awards and the QS Reimagine Education Awards, and he is a member of the Cyprus-Jordan Association and the Cyprus-East & South East Asia Association. He also serves on various social and athletic committees and is currently the Secretary-General of the Cyprus University Sports Federation.
In 1992, Mr Irinarchos acquired all the company shares and has been the major shareholder of Logicom since 2000. He has overseen the shift in the company's operations to the distribution of technology products and solutions, the provision of integrated IT networking, telecom and business software solutions, and the execution of large infrastructure projects.
Mr Irinarchos holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science from the University of Stockholm.
Anthoulis Papachristoforou joined Logicom in 2001 and currently holds the position of Group Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Managing Director.
He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the London South Bank University, and a Degree in Business Studies from the Institute of Commercial Management in Bournemouth, UK.
Mr Papachristoforou is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). Prior to joining Logicom, he worked as an auditor with Grant Thornton in Cyprus from 1992 to 1994 and held the position of Coordinator of Corporate Planning and Control at Esso Cyprus Inc. from 1994 to 2001.
George Papaioannou is a graduate of the Law Faculty of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He was distinguished in his academic studies and came in first place in the examinations of integration in the advocate's profession.
Between 1990 and 2002, Mr Papaioannou served in the Law Office of the Republic of Cyprus as Attorney of the Republic, with specific focus on issues of administrative and criminal law. He has participated in legal congresses and was a member of an anti-corruption committee in the Council of Europe.
After resigning from his position in 2002, Mr Papaioannou set up his own law firm in Nicosia, which he runs to this day. He has been a member of the Logicom Board of Directors since 2008.
Andreas Constantinides graduated from the Department of Economics of the University of Warwick obtaining a degree in Economics. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales(ICAEW). He was partner at PriceWaterhouseCoopers Limited in Cyprus, specialised in the fields of Consumer Markets, Information Technology and Agricultural Industry with significant and active participation in the markets of Eastern Europe, Hungary, Ukraine, etc. He was also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PriceWaterhouseCoopers Limited.
He also served as member of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Broadcasting Corporation (CyBC). In 2019, he founded Avantium Corporate Services Ltd, a company providing advisory and administration services.
Andreas Constantinides is a member in various Committee Councils, such as, inter alia, that of the Pancyprian Gymnasium Association (GSP), Junior and Senior School, Nicosia and the Cyprus-Austria Association.
Neoclis Nicolaou was born on 14 October 1959. He obtained a Bachelor degree in Econometrics from the University of Manchester in 1983 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Manchester Business School in 1985.
He is the founder and Managing Director of Neoconsult Ltd, which offers investment banking services mainly in the fields of finance and shipping. He has also offered his services in Cypriot and international companies and organisations.
He is currently non-executive director in a number of Cypriot and international companies.
Mr. Charbel El Fakhoury is a recognized business leader and innovator, Charbel spent 21+ years at Microsoft in multiple roles and responsibilities. His last role in 2020 as Global Vice President in Microsoft Enterprise Services, covering the Americas, Europe and Asia. His diverse roles also included leading Sales, Marketing and Services for Microsoft as VP of Middle East and Africa HQ (2010-2014), covering 79 countries and a $2.5bn P&L. Charbel started this journey with Microsoft in 1998 as country GM for Eastern Mediterranean region covering Lebanon, Jordan, Cyprus & Malta. Prior, he worked for Sun Microsystems in the Middle East, leading sales, channel, and software developers, academia in the Levant region, Charbel is a strong advocate for education and economic access for all.
In 2020, Charbel co-founded Eureka 460 Partners, a global investment company in tech-startups across health-tech, fin-tech, cloud and AI. He served as both a member of the board of advisors at the American University of Beirut Olayan School of Business and a member of LIFE Lebanon executive committee. He also sits on the board of Stand For Women, an NGO whose objective is to empower women in the workplace across the Middle East.
Charbel received a bachelor's degree in computer science from the Lebanese American University and Director certification from Insead in France. Also, he completed Wharton Executive’s development program on organizational leadership and Kellogg’s management program on marketing. Charbel is a champion of leadership development, diversity and inclusion as a strategic business imperative. In his opinion, high performance is the outcome of a team represented by unique individuals who are endowed with unmatched skillsets and mindsets.
Marianna graduated from the University of Manchester with a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Social Studies and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). She is also a graduate of the LCOR Executive Leadership Program at Stanford University.
With a career spanning multiple geographies, Marianna began her professional journey at Arthur Andersen in London in 1992, later holding managerial roles in Boston and London, specialising in financial markets and corporate finance advisory. She joined Thomson Financial BankWatch (now Fitch Ratings) in 1998 as Vice President, focusing on credit assessments across central and eastern Europe and South Africa. At the Bank of Cyprus (1999–2012), she established the Investor Relations department and executed strategic planning initiatives.
She later joined Wargaming (2013–2023), a global online video gaming company, serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO, Head of Publishing General Management and a member of the global leadership team, where she contributed to product portfolio management, strategic initiatives, and organisational transformation.
Marianna served as a Non-Executive Director of Hellenic Bank for nine years (2013–2023), contributing from the board’s role to the bank's substantial growth and restructuring. She also advised the President and Ministry of Finance of Cyprus during the 2013 financial crisis and served on the National Economic Council.
